Job Description

Our client, a leading provider in Transport & Logistics, is looking for a Transport Administration Clerk to assist the team in their general administrative activities. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of accounts and possess excellent computer and communication skills.




  • General Administration
  • Accounts duties such as invoices and documents reconciliation
  • Daily communication with drivers
  • Liaise with local suppliers
  • Assist in insurance duties
  • Data input
  • Other ad-hoc duties




  • O’Level Standard of Education (A level would be an advantage)
  • ECDL
  • Fluency in Maltese, English and Italian
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Organised detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Previous experience in a similar working environment is an advantage but not mandatory
