Job Description

Our client is a leading iGaming company here in Malta. They are looking for experienced Swedish Customer Service Agents.

Main Duties

Responsible for handling customer inquiries, requests and complaints via email, phone and live chat

Provide customers with a solution oriented customer service experience which addresses the customer’s issue/request and is clear, honest, positive and constructive

Work as part of a young dynamic team of professionals

Liaise with other departments across the business and report market activities

Assist the fraud department with fraud checks and processes

Be pro-active in proposing improvements and informing management on recurring customer issues

 

Qualifications & Experience

Native or fluent in Swedish language

Proven experience within a multilingual customer service environment

Customer service focused

Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Computing skills, especially in web-based applications

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Flexible and a team player

Must be able and willing to work shifts, including weekends

Willingness to relocate to Malta we will support your relocation….
