Our client is a Call Center that specializes in the management of strategic activities related to sales and customer relations for e-trading of financial products.
In this role as a Swedish Compliance Agent, you are expected to fulfill the regulation needs by gathering and verifying the document, updating the system and forward the client to the relevant department. The aim of this role is to merge the flow of the deposit and transform the prospect client to an active client.
- Provide efficient Customer Support
- Answer clients queries or issues via incoming calls, emails or chats
- Follow the compliance procedure
- Update the system with verified and relevant documents
- Maintain a good relationship with clients
- Work closely with other departments
- Native/fluent in Swedish
- Great communication skills both verbal and written
- Pro-active and a can-do attitude
- Organised and meticulous
- Previous experience in CS/Compliance is an asset
