Our client is a Call Center that specializes in the management of strategic activities related to sales and customer relations for e-trading of financial products.
In this role, you are expected to manage a portfolio of clients. You will build good customer relations and help with the business development by achieving specific sales targets.
- Develop plans and strategies for your portfolio of clients along with your colleagues
- Build and maintain strong relationships and credibility with your customers
- Exceed customer expectations in terms of response time, problem solving, market expertise and efficiency
- Achieve the daily sales targets
- Contact and reactivate former or inactive customers
- Native Spanish
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Team player and comfortable in a group of ambitious sellers
- Experience in Sales or Account management
- Proven track record in Sales/Retention
- Target Oriented
- Result oriented and a “can-do” attitude
