Job Description

Our client is a Call Center that specializes in the management of strategic activities related to sales and customer relations for e-trading of financial products.

In this role, you are expected to manage a portfolio of clients. You will build good customer relations and help with the business development by achieving specific sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop plans and strategies for your portfolio of clients along with your colleagues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and credibility with your customers
  • Exceed customer expectations in terms of response time, problem solving, market expertise and efficiency
  • Achieve the daily sales targets
  • Contact and reactivate former or inactive customers

Requirements:

  • Native Spanish
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Team player and comfortable in a group of ambitious sellers
  • Experience in Sales or Account management
  • Proven track record in Sales/Retention
  • Target Oriented
  • Result oriented and a “can-do” attitude
