Job Description

Our client is looking for a self-motivated individual who can excel in a fluid environment and who is excited about excellent service. We need a talented individual who is able to think on his/her feet and has an eye for detail.

The selected candidate will work closely with the sales team to ensure we offer an excellent customer service and are constantly effective in securing new bookings. Candidates will communicate with principals and carriers so as to contribute pro-actively to ensure that customers are well informed of their shipment status.

 

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in both English & Maltese,
  • Drive and initiative with a sharp focus on customers,
  • Solve problems creatively whilst demonstrating a high level of integrity,
  • Be able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.

 

Applicants with experience in the Shipping Industry, as well as with a solid background in sales and customer service, will be given preference.
