Job Description

An international iGaming company is seeking a shift manager to support and manager the Sales team in their office in Malta. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a willingness to success and the ability to work on a flexible schedule (shifts).



  • Supervise the Sales floor
  • Ensure sales targets are met by monitoring performance and execute procedures to motivate agents
  • Assign leads
  • Assist Sales Agents and manage issues that may rise during the shifts
  • Sales coaching for the teams as well as individually
  • Train new agents
  • Ensure the teams are running smoothly and handle any conflicts that may arise in an appropriate manner
  • Assist and response to queries and complaints
  • Ensure CRM and other support are used and up-to-date appropriately
  • Reports
  • Other ad-hoc duties



  • Native or highly fluent in English
  • Previous Managerial experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Sales/Retention with a proven track record & successful conversion rate
  • Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with targets
  • Be flexible and able to work on shift and be on call
  • Lead by example
