After Sales Support (Swedish Speaking)

Job Description

Our client is looking for Swedish speaking candidates to help their customers with their after sales experience. Candidates will be working from Monday to Friday.

Job Description

  • Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality
  • Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services
  • Build and establish good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue
  • Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Follow up on customer interactions

 

Requirements

  • Previous Telephone Customer Support Experience
  • Swedish Native/Fluent
  • English Fluent
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
