Job Description

A new job opportunity has arisen to join a leading Transport & Logistics company as a Sales Executive. The interested candidates shall be flexible with the ability to manage priorities and with excellent interpersonal skills to deal with all stakeholders. The aim of this Sales Executive position will be to handle the business development and generate revenue opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities and contact new prospects (sales calls and face-to-face sales)
  • Develop relationships with prospects and determine their daily/weekly needs
  • Provide adapted solutions to potential and current clients
  • Remain up-to-date with industry trends, market activities and competitors
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing company’s standards
  • Develop targets in sales and strategies
  • Report to the Manager

 

Requirements:

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably within the Transport & Logistics industry
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Excellent customer service, negotiation and time management skills
  • Able to work under pressure and efficient with deadlines
  • Highly computer literate and proficient in MS Office
  • Valid driving license in Malta
