Job Description

Our client is looking for a reliable and energetic Sales Coordinator to join their Commercial Department.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Daily reconciliation of Sales Agents sales
  • Controlling stock movements
  • Monitoring Sales Agents’ stock levels
  • Purchasing new stock from supplier
  • Coordinating the mail run between Head Office and the various Sales Offices
  • Dealing with any queries from Sales Agents on a daily basis
  • Listing all employees in the various Sales Offices and extra resources doing overtime hours
  • Being on call on weekends to provide resources to replace sick employees
  • Reporting stock usage and distribution monthly
  • Preparing month end report in cooperation with the Finance Department
  • Ensuring an efficient running of all Sales Offices by frequently updating procedures including procedures related to Head Offices processes
  • Preparing and submitting monthly and fortnightly employee timesheets including the individual calculation of commission Sales Agent to Payroll Department

 

Requirements:

  • Capable to understand Sales KPIs
  • Sales driven and goal oriented
  • Advanced ECDL pass
  • Good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Access and MS Outlook)
  • Details driven
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Able to prepare and presenting reports on time
