Job Description

Our client a leading provider in Transport & Logistics, is looking for an Office clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and grow within the logistics industry.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in operational activities
  • Process customs and relevant documentation
  • Execute administrative tasks including but not limited to sorting and filling documents, phone calls, answer customer queries etc.
  • Data Input
  • Deal with customers when required and follow up till the resolution
  • Liaise with other departments

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Excellent Communication skills in English & Maltese both written and spoken
  • ECDL
  • At least 2 years of working experience in an office
  • Experience in dealing with clients (face-to-face and by phone)
  • Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
  • Great organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
