Our client a leading provider in Transport & Logistics, is looking for an Office clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and grow within the logistics industry.
- Assist in operational activities
- Process customs and relevant documentation
- Execute administrative tasks including but not limited to sorting and filling documents, phone calls, answer customer queries etc.
- Data Input
- Deal with customers when required and follow up till the resolution
- Liaise with other departments
- Excellent Communication skills in English & Maltese both written and spoken
- At least 2 years of working experience in an office
- Experience in dealing with clients (face-to-face and by phone)
- Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
- Great organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
