Job Description

Our client is a leading company in financial consultancy. They are currently looking for an IT Technical Support Officer to join their team which looks over the company’s IT network, servers and security systems.


As an IT Technical Support Officer, your responsibilities would include:

  • Installing and configuring operating systems and applications on computing devices
  • Ensuring the good operation of applications
  • Evaluating new technology
  • Creating new users’ accounts and dealing with password issues
  • Solving computer related faults or problems
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Guiding staff and clients face-to-face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
  • Providing reports and procedural documentation
  • Maintain good working relationship with other professionals


The ideal candidate need:

  • At least 1 year of experience
  • MCAST-BTEC Diploma in IT or diploma in a related field
  • Capacity to multitask
  • Able to respond to call-outs within agreed time limits
