Imports and Exports Administrator

Job Description

Our client is looking for an Imports/Exports Admin to assist the Operations Managers in their daily activities with specific reference to the handling, management and organisation of all related import and export documentation.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Good communication skills and telephone handling skills
  • An O Level Standard of Education
  • ECDL Qualification
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and ¬†Maltese
  • Be a strong team player
  • A willingness to learn
  • 1-2 years of office experience
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Customer Centred approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without supervision

The following would be considered added assets:

  • Knowledge of logistics and transport
  • Proficiency in Italian
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role
