Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join the Human Resources Department of a Call Centre company. They are specialized in selling financial services as well as in customer relations management and are currently in search of someone who will be responsible for the entire recruitment process for the Swedish Speaking Department.

 

Responsibilities:

  • In charge for the operational and strategic recruitment process
  • Understand the company’s needs and provide HR solutions
  • Advertise a job, search for candidates, conduct interviews, do feedback sessions and recruitment administration
  • Manage the administration of the HR policies and procedures
  • Answer employees requests with the relevant information
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Bachelor degree in HR
  • At least 2 years’ experience
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to use social media as a recruiting tool
  • Has already worked in an international environment
