Job Description

Our client, an established company within the healthcare sector, is looking for an HR Administrator. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in Administration, Payroll, Recruitment and daily operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration including prepare documents, training and induction plans
  • Maintain employee’s files up-to-date
  • Create job advertisement, job description and other related contents
  • Prepare payroll
  • Assist in HR policies and procedures
  • Employees relations – provide assistance in all HR queries
  • Daily HR operations

 

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • Preferably a post-secondary education in Business, HR or similar
  • Proven work experience in Human Resources
  • Detail oriented with excellent organisational skills
  • Be flexible
  • Computer literate
