Job Description

A new position has arisen for our client, a worldwide market leader in the Transport & Logistics industry as a Field Sales Executive.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role of a Field Sales Executive will include but not limited to the following activities:

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and maintain a portfolio of potential, new and existing clients
  • Generate and increase revenue via face-to-face visits and/or calls while ensuring a high quality of service
  • Handle a regular follow up with clients and gain new business
  • Convert leads to clients and additionally identify and convert business opportunities with existing clients
  • Work closely with other departments including Sales Manager to ensure client’s needs and issues are dealt
  • Comply with company’s policies and procedures
  • Develop knowledge and stay up-to-date within the industry
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

 

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Maltese
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Similar commercial experience with a demonstrated track record
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Target driven, self-motivated and responsible
