Job Description

Our client is a leading company in financial consultancy and they are looking for Customer Service Agents (English Speaking) to join their company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and answer customers inquiries
  • Provide accurate and complete information about company’s services
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs
  • Relationship management with customers and provide active communication to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternative and follow-up till the resolution of the case
  • Record-keeping
  • Follow company’s procedures and policies

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent/Native English
  • High School Degree
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
  • Strong phone skills and active listening
  • Customer-oriented and ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Computer literate
