Our client is a leading company within the iGaming industry offering a wide range of games such as Roulette, Slots or Esports. For their office in Malta, they are seeking a Dutch Customer Service Agent to join their international team on a permanent basis.
- Handling customer inquires, requests and complaints via email, phone and live chat.
- Provide solutions to customers, addressing their issues and requests
- Work as part of a dynamic team of professionals
- Liaise with other departments across the business and report market activities
- Be pro-active in proposing improvements and informing management on recurring customer issues
- Native Dutch Speaker
- Proven experience within a multilingual customer service environment
- Customer service focused
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible and a team player
- Must be able and willing to work shifts, including weekends
- Willingness to relocate to Malta (Relocation Package)
