Our client is a leading iGaming company here in Malta. Currently they are seeking for German, Finnish or Norwegian Speaking Candidates to expand their diverse workforce.
- Handling customer inquires, requests and complaints via email, phone and live chat.
- Provide solutions to customers, addressing their issues and requests
- Work as part of a dynamic team of professionals
- Liaise with other departments across the business and report market activities
- Assist the fraud department with fraud checks and processes
- Be pro-active in proposing improvements and informing management on recurring customer issues
Qualifications & Experience
- Native or fluent in German, Finnish or Norwegian language
- Proven experience within a multilingual customer service environment
- Customer service focused
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible and a team player
- Must be able and willing to work shifts, including weekends
- Willingness to relocate to Malta (Relocation Package)
