Our client a leading provider in Transport & Logistics, is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their team. This role requires to be communicative and enjoy dealing with customers.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers and maintain good relationship
  • Answer requests and queries
  • Provide tailored solution
  • Forward issue to relative department and follow-up till the resolution

 

 

Requirements

  • Excellent communications in Maltese and English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in Customer Care preferable in Transport and/or Logistics or similar
  • A Level
  • Be mature, responsible and organised
  • Excellent computer skills and social media
