Job Description

On behalf of our client, a successful iGaming company, we are looking for Customer Service Agents fluent in Swedish language.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customers’ queries via email and live chat
  • Resolve issues by ensuring excellent quality service
  • Process pay-outs and investigate bonus abuse, anti-fraud and risk management
  • Create and coordinate bonus campaigns
  • Improve internal processes to optimize quality and productivity
  • Report to direct manager
  • Other duties

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service preferably in iGaming
  • Fluency in Swedish
  • Intermediate/fluent level in English
  • Team Player
  • “Can do” attitude
