Job Description

Our client, an international online financial company, is looking for an experienced CRM Automation Manager. The ideal candidate will be data-driven with strong analytical skills.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage, analyse and develop all the automation processes
  • Develop and implement Marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Manage, improve and execute CRM communications (on the design, content, targeting etc.)
  • Manage and develop customer segments
  • Suggest methods to improve metrics
  • Deal with suppliers for all creative development
  • In charge of the communication calendar and executive the planned communication through different media

 

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
  • Proven experience with implementing and developing digital marketing solutions involving Marketing automation and CRM
  • Experience in online environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar
  • Ability to plan, organise and executive different projects
  • Self-driven and able to work independently as well as part of the team
  • Creative thinking, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
