Corporate Administrator

Job Description

Our Client is looking for a Corporate Administrator to join their team in an International Company located in a central location of Sliema.

  • Setting up of Maltese companies
  • Collecting and maintaining due diligence documents
  • Maintaining client filing system
  • Drafting of corporate documentation
  • Liaising with the Registrar of Companies, IRD, VAT and banks
  • Opening and managing clients bank accounts in Malta
  • Managing a number of client portfolios
  • Respond to requests from clients, managers and internal sources

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years proven experience of working within a similar post
  • Team player, proactive and hard working
  • Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work within set time frames
