Job Description

Our client, an established company in Transport & Logistics, is looking for an Administration Assistant reporting directly to the General Manager. This role involves various administration tasks including but not limited to payroll, HR, communication, data entry and other secretarial duties.



  • Answer phone calls, emails and face-to-face queries from employees
  • Manage GM calendar and set up appointment
  • Data input
  • Maintain accurate files and documents
  • Assist with contracts and training documents
  • Prepare all materials and documents prior meetings/events as required



  • Fluency in English & Maltese with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Minimum A’ level of education
  • +3 years’ experience in administration, PA, front office, secretary or similar
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Outgoing personality with a can-do attitude
  • Computer Literate (ECDL preferred but not mandatory)
