Job Description

On behalf of our client, a successful iGaming company, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent (German Speaking).


  • Answer customers’ queries via email and live chat
  • Resolve issues by ensuring excellent quality service
  • Process pay-outs and investigate bonus abuse, anti-fraud and risk management
  • Create and coordinate bonus campaigns
  • Improve internal processes to optimize quality and productivity
  • Report to direct manager
  • Other duties



  • Fluency German and an additional Nordic language is a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Previous experience in Customer Service preferably in iGaming
