Job Description

We are currently looking for a 2nd Line Application Support Specialist  for our Client based in Malta.

The position involves working in a team to provide user and technical support for software applications for international customers. You will produce remote support over telephone and VOIP calls, emails and support portals.


Applicants must have previous experience in a similar position and a passion for technology, software, and quality customer service.

Good troubleshooting skills.

Good working knowledge of MS Windows.

Good knowledge of MS SQL.

Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Maltese and the ability to think outside the box.

Additional experience:

Knowledge of MS SharePoint and/or Dynamics CRM will be considered a plus.
