Meet Dorottya

Hi, I am Dorottya, a 23-year-old Hungarian Student coming from France. I am attending an Intercultural Management, Communication and Marketing master course at ESTRI, in Lyon. I applied for a recruitment intern position to have a full understanding about the recruitment processes and daily functioning of a recruitment agency and as well as to improve my language skills.  On arrival to Malta in January for my 6-month Internship Programme within the Recruitment Industry -  Triple 3 Group. Why Malta? I had the possibility to fulfil my internship in English – I researched and found that Malta’s main language is English speaking country so I decided to come to Malta because of the intercultural background of the country. The impact of the history on its culture is inspiring. Maltese Islands form a beautiful country with a lot of sunshine and the sea which make the life easier over here. Me and Human Resources I have previous practical experience in HRM but working at a recruitment agency was a new experience for me. Every day is different: you meet with new people who has different background and experiences, so you must adapt yourself to this challenging situation. I enjoy meeting with candidates each day and helping them find a new career move. I am grateful to be a part of Triple 3 Group. How I joined Triple 3? I liked to come to Malta so I looked for..

Meet Farina

I am Farina, an intern at Triple 3 Group Recruitment. While reading my post, you will probably soon realise, that I am a very special case of a person and not just in recruitment. Whenever someone asks me about myself, it takes a long time to explain my background. This post will make it so much easier! I am a half Russian, half Indian girl, born and partially raised in Kazakhstan. When I was 4 years old, my parents and I moved to Belgium where I have been living for past 16 years. That’s probably the main reason why I have been studying Intercultural Relations Management, as for my multicultural background. I am going to graduate this year and would love to continue my studies somewhere abroad, preferably. Me and Human Resources I was interested in HR during my studies and soon decided to go for an internship in this field. I did my first internship during my second year of university in one of the largest multinational recruitment agencies in Brussels. The internship was for just 6 weeks. However, I improved my French language skills and had chance to participate in French speaking job interviews recruiting for various fields and industries. That is how I got so intrigued by recruitment and Human Resources in general. My internship at Triple 3 Group is the second I'm doing. I find recruitment in..

You may be able to find some photos on the company’s website or social media account. However, no matter how casual the potential work environment may be, always make sure you dress more formally than excepted. You need to show that you are taking the interview seriously, so turning up in your favorite jeans at an interview is a big NO NO. Always choose something too formal rather than something too casual.
